A senior team leader was poorly organized, both at work and at home, even though he was a highly successful professional. At work, his voice mail and email inbox were always full. Co-workers could not walk through his office or even find a place to sit due to stacks of paper. He often ignored emails and phone calls because he was so overwhelmed. He even got his three teenagers to follow new “house rules,” transforming his home from chaos to calm.
